Balsamic spinach salad

  1. Baby spinach leaves

  8. Avocado slices (preferably circular, optional)
  9. Grape tomatoes

Dried danana salad

  1. Iceberg lettuce
  2. Romain lettuce
  3. Dried banana chips
  4. Dried cranberries
  5. Light honey mustard dressing
  6. Almonds
  7. Carrot slices (or shreds)
  8. Avocado (optional)
  9. Red onion slices
  10. Cilantro

Raspberry walnuts & seeds salad

  1. Iceberg lettuce
  2. Raspberry vinaigrette dressing
  3. Whole walnuts
  4. Red leaf lettuce
  5. Carrot shreds

Breakfast

Eggbagel or “Supereggy”

Curry Lentil & Potato Soup

  6. Splash of organic vegetable stock (use to saute)
